RESERVATION & CHECK-IN POLICY
Many summer and fall weekends require a two or three night minimum. Shorter stays are possible if space is available. A 50% deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to your entire stay. In the event you must cancel your reservation, a refund (less a $15.00 service fee) will be returned to you provided your cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. In the event your cancellation is less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit (less a $15.00 service fee) will be refunded as a gift certificate, only if we re-rent the space you reserved. At check in, you are responsible for payment in full for all days you reserved. Check In: 3pm, Check Out: 11am
Note: We charge a standard credit card transaction fee of 3.5% for all credit card payments.
DOGS ARE WELCOME
The Nordic Lodge is pleased to welcome well behaved dogs and their owners to our hotel. However, because we have limited dog friendly rooms, we ask that at the time of reserving your room you contact our front desk and inform them that your dog will be joining you during your stay with us so that we can ensure you get a dog friendly room. Failure to notify us at the time you are making a reservation that you will be bringing a dog could result in not being able to accommodate your dog at check in. Please review our Dog Policies and Agreement which you will be required to sign at check-in. Also to assist you in finding fun dog friendly places for your visit while you are visiting Door County, we have put together a list of dog friendly places for you and your dog. At this time we are not able to accommodate any other types of pets.
BUS TOURS/WEDDINGS/LARGE GROUPS
At Nordic Lodge we welcome the opportunity to provide accommodations to bus tours, weddings or any other large groups. If you are interested in reserving a block of rooms for your group or guests, please contact our General Manager at 920-854-5432 to discuss discounted pricing and other special accommodations/amenities that we offer to tour groups, wedding or other large groups.
Please note that the hotel does NOT have an elevator. If you require a 1st floor room, or any other special accommodations or assistance during your stay, please call the main office at 866-854-5432 when making your reservation to insure such accommodations and/or assistance will be available during your stay with us.
Rates quoted do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice. Additional Guests: $12 per person per night for those over 14 years old. Kids 14 and under are no additional charge. Rollaway Beds: $10
